Ida Ramona Albright

Mass of Christian Burial for Ida Albright, age 78, of Little Falls, will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Brennyville with Fr. Aaron Kuhn officiating. Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 PM on Friday at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Ida’s grandchildren will serve as casketbearers for the service. Music will be provided by Anne Kota. Ida Ramona Albright was born March 20, 1933 in Granite Ledge Township, Benton County, MN to Robert and Helen (Skaja) Byzewski. She was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church where she was active for many years in Christian service. She enjoyed visiting, playing cards, old-time dancing, gardening, playing bingo, fishing and hunting. She also dabbled in writing. Ida has resided at St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls since 2006. She died on Monday, July 5, 2011 at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls. She is survived by her sons and daughters, Larry, Glenn (Chris), Donna (Jim) Szczech, Susan Porter, Jennifer (Jerry) Edblad and Dean; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Clemens of California; sister, Esther Vitasinsky of Michigan; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Edward, Ben, Hank, George, Earl, Jerry and Lloyd and sisters, Rose, Violet, Bridget and Adeline.
