Noah David Sahlstrom

Funeral services for Noah Sahlstrom, age 21, of Onamia, will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 2 PM at Milaca Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 PM on Monday at the Milaca Evangelical Free Church. Casketbearers for the service will be Nathanael Sahlstrom, Justus Sahlstrom, Adam Sahlstrom, Jacob Sahlstrom, Dustin Voss and Jon Morell. Noah David Sahlstrom passed away at the age of 21 on September 17th, 2011 after a two and half year battle with cancer. He passed away at home surrounded by his family. Noah was born in Tracy, MN on September 29th, 1989 to Kevin and Betsy Sahlstrom. He is survived by his mother, father and six siblings; Nat, Justus (Ann), Anna (Dustin), Adam, Jacob and Bella. He is also survived by his grandma, Nelda Sahlstrom, and numerous nieces, one nephew and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Noah also leaves behind his best friend, Jon Morell and girlfriend, Kim Stanek. Noah attended Faith Christian School and St. Cloud State University. He loved playing basketball, strategic war games with his brothers and the television show “The Office”. At a young age Noah gave his life to Jesus and had a deep and abiding faith. Noah will be remembered as the kindest and most compassionate member of his large family.
