Elizabeth Bork

Funeral services for Elizabeth Bork, age 95, of Milaca, will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Milaca United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Woo Jae Im and Rev. Tom Sahlstrom officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at the Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca and also one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Milaca. Elizabeth Bork was born August 25, 1916 to William and Edna Severeign in Milaca, Minnesota. She grew up and lived her entire life on a farm north of Milaca. She was united in marriage to Sidney Bork. Elizabeth was a member of the Milaca United Methodist Church. She loved embroidery, quilting, baking cookies, and gardening. Elizabeth died Monday, September 19, 2011 at the Milaca Elim Home. She is survived by granddaughter, Kim Bork and family; grandson, Richard Bork, Jr. and family; step-grandson, Brian Riedemann and family, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by husband, Sidney; sons, Richard and Jack Bork; step-granddaughter, Jodi Riedemann.
