Bettye Jeanne Stenning

Bettye Jeanne Stenning was born August 20, 1951 to William and Jeanne (Shriver) Palmer in Leavenworth, KS. At the age of 16, she moved with her family to Coon Rapids, MN, where she graduated from high school. She went on to graduate from Anoka Hennepin Technical College. She married William Stenning on September 7, 1973 in Anoka, MN. She ran a day care in her home for many years. She later made her home in Princeton and in 2007 she moved to Milaca. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed writing, reading, music and watching movies. She died on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at the Foley Nursing Center at the age of 58 years, 1 month and 17 days. She is survived by her son, Lucas Stenning of Milaca; daughter, Karlee and husband Ron Felt of Milaca; grandchildren, Jasmine and Tristan Stenning and Mandee, Maree and Mylee Felt; parents, William and Jeanne Palmer of Eau Claire, WI; brother, Rusty Palmer of Stanley, WI; also by many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald. Private family services will held at the Milaca Assembly of God.
