Kathleen Kristine Azlin

Memorial services for Kathleen K. Azlin, age 61, of Bock, will be held Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 11 AM the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Bock with the Rev. Tom Sahlstrom and Rev. Barb Peterson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Music will be provided by Cheryl Bailey. Arrangements are being handled by the Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. Kathleen died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Milaca Elim Home at the age of 61 years, 4 months, and 9 days. Kathleen Kristine Azlin was born on January 06, 1949 in Milaca, Minnesota to Arthur and Lucille (Manthie) Hallin. In her late teens, she moved to Long Beach, California with her sister, Diana. It was there she met and married Roland Azlin in 1979. After her husband passed away in 1999, and her father passed away in 2001, Kathleen moved back to Bock, MN with her mother, Lucille. Kathleen loved cooking, baking, and planning for the Bock 4th of July parade. Kathleen’s family would like to thank the Milaca Elim Home for her wonderful care during her stay. She is survived by her mother, Lucille of Bock, MN; sister, Diana of Long Beach, CA, brother Robert (LuAnn) of Columbia Heights, MN; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur; husband, Roland, brother-in-law, Norman; and nephew, Ronald.
