Marie D. Lindell

Funeral services for Marie Lindell, age 89, of Foley, will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 11 AM at Estes Brook Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Wes Macy officiating. Interment will follow at the Estes Brook Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Music will be provided by Norris Johnson and Elsie Johnson. Casketbearers will include Steve Dagenais, Gary Dagenais, Douglas Dagenais, Rick Dagenais, Ron Nekola and Curtis Hauser. Arr. Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home of Milaca. Marie D. Lindell was born December 15, 1920 to Richard and Florence (Davis) Dagenais in Greenbush Township, MN. She married Lloyd Lindell on November 16, 1939 in Greenbush Township. She was a homemaker and lived all of her married life in Benton County. Lloyd preceded her in death in 1976 and in 1978 she moved to Milaca. In 1997, she moved to the Care Free Assisted Living in St. Cloud, where she lived for ten years. In 2008, she moved to the Foley Nursing Center. She died on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the Foley Nursing Center. She is survived by brothers, Carroll (Clarice) Dagenais of Milaca and Dick (Mary) Dagenais of Maple Grove; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd and sisters, Thelma Nekola, Helen Hauser and Evelyn (Mazacek) Dagenais.
