Anna M. Roehl (nee Palank), age 93, of Roseville, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 11:30 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church in Foreston with Fr. Jim Remmerswaal, OSC officiating. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Casketbearers will be her grandsons, Jake Roehl, Adam Roehl, Chad Roehl, Scott Roehl, David Campbell, and Donald Campbell. Honorary casketbearer will be Bill Roehl. Special music will be provided by Ed Bauer and the St. Louis Church Choir. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association. Arr. Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home of Milaca.
Anna Mary (Palank) Roehl was born in Johnstown Township of Polk County, WI to John and Elizabeth (Bognor) Palank. She married George A. Roehl on April 27, 1946 and she lived, farmed and raised her children in Foreston, MN.
She is survived by her children, Janet Campbell, Jim (Amy) Roehl, Delores Roehl, Joe (Judy) Roehl, Donna Harrison and Allen Roehl; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friend, Earl. She was preceded in death by her husband, George; parents and six brothers and five sisters.
