John Noggle

Visitation for Cecil “John” Noggle, age 75, of Milaca, will be held Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 2 – 4 PM at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca with a time of sharing memories at 4 PM. Interment with full military honors will take place Monday, December 16, 2024 at 12 Noon at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery at Little Falls.

Cecil John Noggle was born September 7, 1949 in St. Cloud, MN to Cecil and Laura Noggle. He grew up in St. Cloud, moving to Clearwater as a teen, where he learned to love the farm life. He graduated from Annandale High School in 1968. After graduation, John enlisted in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1971. He married Sheila Patterson on August 25, 1979 and together they raised three daughters. John enjoyed farming, spending time his his grandkids, trips to the sales barn and snacking on treats. He passed away at the Milaca farm on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. 

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sheila; children, Deana (Tony) of Grand Rapids, Jessie (Jake) of Annandale and Christine (Jake) of Milaca; eight grandchildren, Alexys, Evan, Haylee, Ruby, Shelby, Aubrey, Cody and Charlee; also by many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and one brother-in-law.
