Daniel Edwin Nelson

Daniel Edwin Nelson was born November 21, 1975 to Gary and Linda in Burbank, California.  In 1991, Dan moved to Minnesota with his family.  He graduated from Milaca High School in 1996.

Dan worked at various restaurants and manufacturing plants.  He recently lived and worked in Onamia with a longtime family friend.  He liked cooking dinner and playing cribbage with his mom.  He enjoyed welding, radio-controlled airplanes, and rock collecting.  Dan had a big heart and a knack for craziness.

He passed away November 10, 2021 at the age of 45.

Dan is survived by his three sons, Cody, Austin, and Dustin Nelson; mother, Linda Nelson, sister, Debbie Kimble;  brothers, Kenny Nelson, and Bill Nelson; also by his nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Nelson.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 3 - 6 PM at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca.  A prayer service will be held at 5:30 PM.
