David Michael Daiker

On Friday, July 27, 2018, David Daiker, loving husband and father passed away at the age of 67.  He was born April 28, 1951 to Leonard and Nina (Toms) Daiker in Carroll, Iowa.

He was united in marriage to Jan Engebretsen on August 09, 1969.  They raised a daughter, Kim.  Dave enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing video games on Facebook and spending time with family. 

Dave is survived by his wife, Jan; daughter, Kim; grandson, Johnathon ; granddaughter, Christa; brother-in-law, Jac (Barb) Engebretsen; sisters, Rachael (Allan) Whiteoak, Cindy Sanders; brothers, Bruce (Connie) Daiker, Wayne (Diane) Daiker, Tim (Mary) Daiker, Curtis (Kathy) Daiker, Todd (Pam) Daiker; many nieces and nephews.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Nina Daiker, sister, Sheila and brother, Verl.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, August 4, 2018 starting at 11 AM at Dave's Home.
