Doris King

Doris Evelyn King passed away peacefully at the age of 86, on Sunday, December 16, 2024 at Sunrise Village in Milaca, MN. Doris was born October 16, 1938 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Fred and Margaret Mayes. Doris was an only child. She enjoyed genealogy, knitting, making jewelry and playing games on her computer. Doris had a cat named, Missy, who she loved dearly. She enjoyed visits from her children and grandchildren and her neighbor, Char. Doris worked for PAI as a transportation driver, working with adults with developmental disabilities which she enjoyed. She moved from Maplewood, MN to Milaca, MN in October 2024 to be closer to family.

Doris is survived by her four sons, Steve (Kim) Crotinger, Bill (Kris) Crotinger, Brian (Marcy) Crotinger and David (Traci) Crotinger; grandchildren, Amanda (Crotinger) Krause, Joshua Crotinger, Ashlyn Crotinger, Benjamin Jones, Jessica Crotinger, Jacob Crotinger, Aidan Crotinger, Benjamin Crotinger, Tiffany Crotinger and seven great-grandchildren.

Doris was loved by many family and friends. She will be missed dearly by all of us.
