Joseph William Angermeier

A memorial visitation for Joseph W. Angermeier, age 79, of Milaca, will be held Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Interment will take place in the Borgholm Cemetery. 

Joseph William Angermeier was born July 27, 1939 in Williston, North Dakota to Roy and Mabel (Campbell) Angermeier.  He grew up in Grenora, North Dakota.  He was united in marriage to Marjorie Strecker on April 17, 1977 in Isle, Minnesota. 

Joseph was a 20-year volunteer with the Milaca Fire Department.  He worked 36 years in the telephone service industry, retiring in 1993. He spent winters in Texas and Yuma, Arizona.

Joseph passed away July 14, 2019 at Fairview Northland Regional Hospital in Princeton.

He is survived by his wife, Marge; 4 children; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother and 1 sister.
